Announcement of new Managing Director
21/04/2021 – Today, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Ryan James to the position of Managing Director.
Ryan joined nFocus in 2008 and since that time has successfully managed many areas of the business, including Marketing, Sales, Key Accounts, Partnerships, Operations and Delivery. He was later promoted to Marketing & Client Partner before being appointed to the Board of Directors in February 2018.
Commenting on the appointment, nFocus Chairman & Co-Founder – Ross Lister: “Ryan has been with the company for 13 years and throughout that time he has impressed me with his high levels of commitment, strong work ethic, customer focus, positive outlook and inclusive leadership style.”

I have had the pleasure of getting to know and work alongside our team and clients for a number of years; I think it is this experience, coupled with my knowledge of the business that puts me in a unique position to take nFocus forward. I am truly excited to see what we can achieve together in the coming months and years.”
With full responsibility for the leadership and development of nFocus Testing, Ryan will play a key role in meeting the company’s growth goals. Ross Lister states: “I have no doubt that he will be a great fit for what we need in our MD, possessing all the attributes to lead us through the exciting times we see ahead and that he will succeed in making nFocus a vibrant and rewarding place to work.”
