London, 14/01/21 – nFocus Testing, the longest established UK-owned testing services provider, are runners up in the European Software Testing Awards 2020, Leading Vendor category. Despite not being the winners this year, we are still very proud of the fact that we are still the first company to have won the Leading Vendor award on two separate occasions.
Last month, we received the news that we have been selected as one of the finalists of the European Software Testing Awards 2020. This marks the fifth successive year as a finalist in the Leading Vendor category.
Here is what Ryan James, our Marketing & Client Director at nFocus had to say about this accomplishment: “We’re very proud to be the only company to have ever won the Leading Vendor award from the European Software Testing Awards on two separate occasions. This year called for an innovative approach in announcing the winners, the organisers released the top winners via their website, cleverly showcasing small reveal video clips.
Their CEO, Grant Farrell, acknowledged: “To think on all the challenges each individual, each team, and each business faced to enter this programme – above all the other challenges companies have faced this year has left me astounded.”
Judges were looking for companies who receives top marks for their product and customer services:
- Evidence of a commitment to high quality and standards to customers
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- Evidence of value for money
- Proof of thought leadership and drive to further the software testing/QA industry
